Training A New Puppy

Starting a puppy out learning to follow commands helps to build a strong working bond between owner and puppy. Puppies often exhibit behavior like babies. Puppies chew/play bite for many reasons. The most common one is that they cutting new teeth. By giving them something safe to chew on may reduce the bite marks found on other things throughout the house or your fingers. Pet stores also have many remedies for biting like organic spray that doesn’t hurt surfaces but tastes bitter to the puppies, so they will stop biting that object.

The conduct that your dog demonstrates as they’re left behind is merely the method the puppy uses to handle their anxiousness. Giving them a comfortable, familiar place to be while you are gone from them will reduce their anxiety. Crates are a great place for them to stay. You can put an old washable T-shirt or blanket in the crate for them so they will have your scent with them while you are gone.

There are many puppy behaviors to know and correct and learning how to curb and stop these puppy behaviors is a vital part of making your dog a welcomed family pet.
